David Smith came to my house a couple of days after I called. He came as soon as we could set up a time as I was not available beforehand. David immediately spotted the problems with both mowers and ordered the necessary parts. He came back within a week with the parts and finished the job a lot quicker than I expected. David's friendliness and service were outstanding (coming to my house to fix my mowers quickly). I originally thought I would need a lot more work done on the mowers and the repairs would be costly. However, David provided me with his honest opinion and said he would only charge me for the work he needed to do. I would highly recommend David Smith to anyone who needs their lawn mower repaired as he beat my high expectations in quality of work and great service.

We made an appointment for Dave Smith to come out and take a look at our mower. He arrived on time and was thoroughly professional and easy to deal with. It was $45 for the service call plus parts and labor. He had our mower up and running in less than an hour and we were able to use it that afternoon. We probably paid more for the convenience of him coming out and fixing it at our place but it sure beats trying to load a dirty old mower into our car(or borrowing a truck from someone)and taking it to someplace else where it could be a week or more before we can get it back.
