The reason for this is because we conveniently come to you, we provide the best knowledge and service in the industry and we stand behind our work 100%. Service Call and Repair	$74.99
Being that we have to travel to reach your home or location, we charge a service call fee to come to your home or location. This fee is helps us cover the costs associated with providing our On Site service including but not limited to fuel costs, toll fees and time associated with travel. This fee INCLUDES LABOR once on site to repair the unit. If job exceeds one hour you will then be billed per our hour rate. Any parts needed to complete the job are extra. If you have multiple pieces that need serviced we charge a minimum fee of $30 for each additional piece of equipment. Approx 95% of all jobs are completed without any extra labor costs.

Hourly Flat Rate - Repairs	$60 per hour
Our hourly flat rate fee is the fee we charge to perform any repairs needed on your equipment. This pertains to any job not covered under our flat tune up rates. Our hourly rates are billed in fifteen (15) minute intervals. Any parts needed to complete the job are extra.



Tune Up Service or Seasonal Maintenance	PRICES INCLUDE PARTS AND SERVICE CALL FEE!
Our tune up service or seasonal maintenance packages include all parts and our service call fee. The parts included are spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters, oil filter and oil. If unit needs any belts, blades or other parts these items are extra. Unit must be in running condition or our hourly rate is applied in order to get unit in running condition before tune up service can be performed.

Change Engine Oil Replace Oil Filter (if equipped) Change Spark Plug(s) Replace Air Filter and Pre Filter Replace Fuel Filter (if equipped) Sharpen Blade(s) Clean Out Grass Under Deck Check Deck Level and Adjust if Needed Adjust Valves (if needed) Check Engine RPMs Drain Fuel System and Clean Float Bowl (if needed) Check and Adjust Belts, Cables and Pulleys Lubricate All Grease Fittings Check Tire Pressure and Inflate to Proper Setting Check Charging System, Battery Condition and Starter Operation Check All Other Operations

We made an appointment for Dave Smith to come out and take a look at our mower. He arrived on time and was thoroughly professional and easy to deal with. It was $45 for the service call plus parts and labor. He had our mower up and running in less than an hour and we were able to use it that afternoon.
