Being that we have to travel to reach your home or location, we charge a service call fee of $55.00 to come to your home or location. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing our On Site service including but not limited to fuel costs, toll road fees and time associated with travel.If you have a riding mower we charge $119.99 for labor. If you have a walk behind mower, pressure washer or generator we charge $74.99 for labor.

These fees cover the cost of our trip to come out to the home and up to two hours of labor once on site to repair the unit. Any parts needed to complete the job are extra.

If job exceeds two hours you will then be billed per our hourly rate of $92 per hour. If you have multiple pieces that need serviced we charge labor for each additional piece of equipment.

If we come to your home and we can NOT fix the unit either due to the cost of repairs exceeding the value of the unit or you simply choose not fix the unit, you will be charged our service call fee plus one half of the labor rate for that unit. We simply can not provide free estimates with our time and travel.
Hourly Flat Rate – Repairs $92.00 per hour
This pertains to any job that exceeds our two hour labor included with our service call fee. Our hourly rates are billed in fifteen (15) minute intervals. Any parts needed to complete the job are extra.
Tune Up Service or Seasonal Maintenance PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE PARTS
Our tune up service or seasonal maintenance packages includes labor and our service call fee. Parts needed to complete the service are not included. These are spark plugs, air filters, fuel filters, oil filter and oil. If unit needs any belts, blades or other parts these items are also extra.UNIT MUST BE IN RUNNING CONDITION… or our hourly rate of $92 per hour is applied in order to get unit in running condition before tune up service can be performed.

The average cost of parts for a tune up service on a riding mower/tractor is $40-60. A walk behind mower is about $20-25.
