... So what do you do with a riding lawn mower that won’t start when you have two months left of cutting season? I am the kind of guy that doesn’t have a clue when it comes to repairs and maintenance on anything! I can help you pick out a good golf course or a nice place to eat dinner but my small engine skills are quite honestly non-existent. I called a local repair shop and they told me to bring it to them. I don’t own a pick-up truck so I was not sure what to do.
I got on the internet and searched “lawn mower repair Indianapolis”. I found Dave’s company, At Home Mower Repair. I called him and he returned my call promptly. I gave him the basic information on my mower and he set a time to come out and look at it. The day he showed up for our appointment was unusually cold. Still, he went to work and quickly figured out the starter was broken on my mower. He could have told me anything about my mower and I would not have known the difference. Instead, he fixed my riding mower for less money that I would have guessed it would have cost. He also changed the oil, sharpened the blades and found a couple of other minor issues that he fixed.
Later that winter we had a snow storm predicted and I gave him a panic call to come work on my snow blower. He made it out before the storm, got me in working condition and had me ready for the snow when it arrived.
A year and a half later, today, I just had Dave out again to change the oil and sharpen the blades on my two mowers. He showed up on time, did the work and even left my garage cleaner than it was when he arrived, which I am sure my wife will appreciate. She’ll probably think I swept out the garage but since I am writing this testimonial I won’t take credit for Dave’s work!
I highly recommend using AT HOME MOWER REPAIR. Dave has repeatedly proven his honesty and integrity to me in the way he conducts his business. And he really seems to know his stuff which is much more than I can say for myself when it comes to small engines!
